Guardianship vs Ownership

We would like to encourage a different way of thinking about ownership.  Think of your investment as payment for the privilege of preserving an extraordinary environment and eco-system.  And when the time comes to move on you can transfer (sell) that guardianship to a like minded soul in the NewEarth community or the world at large..

There are many ways to become a part of the Bacalar Laguna Project: get a return on investing in new technologies, land acquisition  building a home, conservation, community art projects, growing food and joining workshops to learn if you don’t know how.  There are countless opportunities for involvement.
