NewEarth Sanctuary offers a range of residential and community development options.

Our homes feature bio-resonant architecture guided by sacred geometry, incorporating clean and high frequence natural adobe bricks made from earth, cemanten, chukum and sascab. Each brick containing between 5 - 8% cement.

Much of the cooling systems water harvesting & waste treatment systems are inspired by indigenous technologies.

The Seed project lots range from 224 to 1,000 sq. meters, with flexibility depending on the type of housing.

Alpha will have plots ranging from 300 to 3000sq meter plots, with flexibility depending on the type of housing.

Construction costs right now are high because of the presence of the Mayan Train which is leaching all resources, materials and labour in the area.  So construction costs currently range between $900 USD per sq meters to $3610 per per sq meters depending on the type of home, materials and the finishing.

If we imagine a simple cabana style home, with traditional materials,  natural adobe bricks & plaster with a palapa roof prices could drop to around $400 USD per sq meter.

On the Seed, the designs we are offering range between $237,000 USD up to $490,000 USD. But if people have lower budgets we will create something to suit that budget.  A commitment would have to be made for potential owners to pay for a couple of consultancy sessions with one of our architects and builders to ascertain the right budget to suit their needs. On Alpha, due to economies of scale we should be able to drop the current prices by approximately 15 to 20%.

We are also aiming to build some small earth ships for about $60,000USD.  Plus we will look at geodesic domes, treehouses and much more.

We are also looking at shared occupation so that people co-own homes and have the use if it for some of the year., Different from timeshare, in that the agreements will be made between the co-owners and eachothers.

We will be making our own Compressed Adobe bricks with 5-8% cement (Cementan), allowing for durability and flexibility. We will have a lot of design flexibility because we can create any shape bricks we want.

We will also be using HempCrete and other bio-resonant materials. Aswell, of course, as suing natural materials like wood, stone and clay.

The development includes smooth-surface internal roads to each lot's driveway, as well as water, electric, and fiber optic internet connections. All utilities are underground. Individual waste treatment systems are recommended.
